Once a young woman completes our 6-week program, she is paired with a woman in our community. These women will provide mentoring through:
- monthly meetings
- sponsorship to attend conferences/events
- guidance and training to further their education
- guidance on the things that matter most - helping them succeed

Mentorship is the key to ensuring success. By pairing our young women with women in our community, we will provide them with someone to help them further their skills, practice what they've learned, and offer guidance on how to navigate our community. Mentors serve as the bridge between the program and the new life our young women are seeking to achieve.

Mentors are women in our community who understand the challenges young women face and are able to provide guidance, monthly support, and community connections. Commitment is 6 months.
Sponsor
Sponsor
We are looking for businesses to provide support to our mentors and young women. Opportunities include sponsoring a young woman to attend local events, program sponsorship, and much more.

Do you have a local restaurant or coffee shop? Consider hosting a meet-up for mentors and mentees or offer discounts if they meet at your location.
